  After careful review and research of the many rental apartments in Ithaca, I made the decision to lease here. I have not regretted my decision. Anna kindly spent a considerable amount of time with me and my family reviewing the choice of apartments and rental options. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. My apartment has been completely renovated with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops, new carpet and retiled bathrooms, and brand new, in-suite. washer and dryer. The kitchen is larger than any other apartment I visited in Ithaca. Anna’s coordination of maintenance services has continued to be beyond reproach. Through her services, my unit is always climate controlled (heart and air conditioning), the driveways are always plowed, the green space is well maintained. I do not feel that I could have leased a better apartment in Ithaca. I am grateful for Anna’s work and commitment to her job.

  I had to move from Brooklyn to Ithaca with a pretty short amount of time to find a place to live. I visited quite a few places- most of which I wasn't very impressed with. Then I happened upon Triphammer Apartments. Anna was quick to respond to my request to view the property. I walked in and was immediately impressed with the apartment and with Anna. She worked with me to arrange a move in date within the confines of my schedule. The apartment itself is lovely. It is very spacious with a kitchen that any cook would swoon over and would inspire anyone that doesn't cook to learn. I haven't had many issues with the apartment since I moved in 8 months ago but when I do, they are quick to respond and resolve whatever it is that needs attention. The complex is well managed and maintained with Anna being an absolute pleasure to have on site. She is forthcoming, reliable and most importantly, she genuinely cares about all of the tenants. Triphammer Apartments is in a perfect location- away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to everything you might need- from grocery stores, to Ithaca Bakery, to a cinema and gym. (Plus much more.) This is my first time living outside of NYC and I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose this apartment. If you're looking for a comfortable, well maintained place to live with management that genuinely cares about you, I highly recommend Triphammer Apartments!
